SM Renew was created from a shared belief that good work, honesty, and professionalism still matter. After years of experience in residential and commercial construction, we saw the value of combining practical skills with thoughtful planning to offer clients a service they can truly rely on. With over 10 years of experience, along with Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering and Project Management, we bring both hands-on knowledge and strong project understanding to every job.
Over time, we also recognized that we shared the same values: respect for people, pride in our work, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing things properly. That alignment, together with a long-standing friendship, inspired us to build something of our own. That is how SM Renew began.
